Student Counseling Team Work Objectives:
1. Focus on student-centered approach, providing opportunities for each student to fully develop their potential and cope with challenges through self-development and self-discovery experiences during their growth process.
2. Emphasize developmental work by arranging counseling activities based on students' psychological development and growth needs, catering to their personal, social, academic, and career growth needs. Assist students in healthy and optimistic growth and establish a positive campus culture.
3. Provide individual counseling for students with personal and family counseling needs, assisting them in resolving difficulties they face during their growth.
4. Strengthen communication and collaboration among different systems within the school to jointly promote student counseling services.

1. Provide individual case counseling services for students with personal or family counseling needs, assisting them in resolving difficulties they face during their growth and facilitating appropriate social welfare support for families in need.
2. Organize various preventive and developmental counseling activities to assist students in healthy and optimistic growth and establish a positive campus culture.
3. Enhance teachers' counseling concepts by providing consultations, case conferences, lectures, and other activities to help teachers understand students' different characteristics and needs.
4. Implement parent education and parent-child activities to enhance parenting skills, promote communication, and strengthen collaboration between home and school.
