Campus Reading Atmosphere

The school believes that reading habits foster lifelong learners and has always placed great emphasis on creating a campus reading environment. In addition to the "School-Based Reading Incentive Program," the Library Department collaborates with various subjects to promote school-wide reading. The Chinese Department even designates specific reading materials for each grade level, ensuring that students read at least one complete book each year, and also encourages students to recommend good books.

Furthermore, the Library Department strives to create a reading atmosphere throughout the school.

The school libraries are located on the 1st floor of the new campus and the 4th floor of the old campus. The libraries offer a comfortable environment and a rich collection of books covering Chinese, English, and various subjects. Students can freely enter the library to read during the first recess from Monday to Friday and can also borrow books according to their interests and needs.

Creating a strong reading atmosphere is a commitment of the school, therefore we strive to create an environment where "the fragrance of books is everywhere."

In addition to the libraries, both school auditoriums provide books and magazines for students to read independently during their relaxed time before, after, and during recess. The school hopes that students will broaden their horizons, increase the joy and sense of accomplishment in reading, and increase the frequency of reading through short and interesting magazines, thereby developing a reading habit.
