Extending Learning Beyond the Classroom: From Community to the World
This academic year, the school's Science and Humanities departments will arrange two field trips. The first trip, from December 3rd to 5th, 2025, will be for students in grades 1-6, featuring various themed visits to broaden their horizons across different learning areas and connect textbook knowledge with the real world.
Primary 2 and 3 students will visit the Hong Kong Space Museum to learn about the solar system, planets, and the development of space exploration, inspiring their interest in science and technology and cultivating a spirit of looking up at the stars and daring to dream.
Through these graded field trips, students will learn about natural science, environmental protection, and sustainable development in real-world contexts. Under the guidance of teachers, they will prepare before class, observe on-site, and reflect upon their observations at school, gradually cultivating an attitude of caring for society, cherishing resources, and protecting the Earth, putting into practice the spirit of "learning from life." Primary 1 students will visit the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens to observe plants and animals up close, learning about biodiversity and cherishing life, establishing an attitude of treasuring nature from a young age.
