Every day during recess, teachers and students gather on the playground for morning exercises, stretching their limbs and injecting energy into the classroom amidst laughter. This activity not only helps students loosen their muscles and bones, but more importantly, it helps them establish a habit of regular exercise, improving their physical fitness and resilience. Consistent group exercise also cultivates student discipline. Participating on time and focusing on completing the exercises daily demonstrates self-discipline; in the process of perseverance, it also cultivates a strong will and subtly brings this attitude of punctuality, focus, and persistence into their studies and daily life.
