The war-torn years of eighty years ago forged the indomitable spirit of our nation; today's prosperity and stability are the result of the sacrifices and struggles of countless people.
All faculty and students of our school gathered in the auditorium today for a flag-raising ceremony and the singing of the national anthem. They also watched the live broadcast of the September 3rd military parade and observed a moment of silence. This allowed students to learn about the arduous history of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, appreciate the heroic deeds of the martyrs who defended their country, and pay tribute to them.
To express gratitude to the heroes of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression for their contributions to the country, the school also arranged a follow-up activity after the live broadcast for students to write letters and thank-you cards home, expressing their gratitude to the unsung heroes who gave their lives and selflessly contributed to our country.
We must learn from history, safeguard peace, maintain national security, and let the memory of history become a force for the future, building a harmonious world together.
