Thanks to the concerted efforts of all faculty and staff, the annual Student Performance Showcase was successfully held on Friday, June 26, 2026.
Prior to the Showcase, a Visual Arts Exhibition was held in the library on the first floor, showcasing students' outstanding learning achievements in visual arts classes this year. Several themed display areas were set up to highlight different aspects of the students' work. The diverse range of works fully demonstrated the students' exceptional visual arts talents.
The Student Performance Showcase featured a rich and diverse program, including handbell performances, a pop band, a choir, ballet, a violin ensemble, Cantonese recitation, street dance, piano performances, English speeches, Mandarin recitation, lion dance, guzheng (Chinese zither), a presentation of student achievements from the Growth Corner, taekwondo, Mandarin group recitation, fancy rope skipping, saxophone, a cosplay cat walk show, and breakdancing. The students' wonderful performances drew enthusiastic applause and praise from the attending parents and students.
This year, Ms. Wu Jiayi, a veteran artist, program host, and children's mentor, was invited as a special guest speaker. On stage, she shared her own performing arts journey and insights, encouraging each student to continue their efforts and spreading positive energy.
The highlight of the evening was when Principal Tian, Ms. Wu Jiayi, and all the performing students sang the poem together: "If You Can See and Be Full of Life's Philosophy: At the Beginning of Man." All the parents and students present joined in, creating a touching and heartwarming scene.
Finally, after a grand chorus and group photo, the "Student Achievement Showcase" was successfully held and a resounding success, with encouraging results.
